Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for all our customers to feel 100% satisfaction with our products and service.

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, we'd be happy to facilitate an exchange or help you return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of shipment. 

Custom printed garments are unique in nature, with every one of ours printed by hand with love and attention in Akron, Ohio. 

Try as we might to be perfect every time, sometimes we miss something. When manually putting ink on a garment, a design might be just a little off-center, or even slightly askew to one side and we didn't catch it.

If you received a product from us that doesn't meet your expectations, we'll be happy to make you happy. 

Returns - Item(s) returned to the ASP Alumni Store must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise to receive a refund or store credit as a gift card.

Since we print each product on demand, we don't carry inventory of finished products. As such, a $8.00 stocking fee will be levied per item. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item(s) unless it's clear that item(s) were defective when they left our facility. Please note that we cannot refund original shipping charges. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment, less the re-stocking fee if warranted.

Exchanges - If you purchased an item from us and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, we can work with you on that.
